Ingredients
3-4poundpork roast
6eachpotatoes, halved
8eachcarrots, cut in pieces
1/2eachonion soup mix or 1 onion quartered
1cupwater

Directions:

Prepare your vegetables. Place in crockpot in the following order: carrots then potatoes and then your pork roast. Mix water and onion soup mix. Pour over roast. Slow-cook on low for about 10 hours.

Note: You can substitute a beef roast.
